Racquetball


The Tech Racquetball Club is designed to allow students interested to further their racquetball experience at Texas Tech as well as make them better at racquetball overall.. The members of the club make up a ladder in which they are ranked according to challenge matches and tryouts at the beginning of the semester. Throughout the semester they are encouraged to attend multiple tournaments and challenge themselves through racquetball.

Natural High Mountain Bike Race (Chad George)

This is a great chance for mountain bikers of all skill levels to come and have some fun at this bike race. if your looking for fun and you like to ride bikes this is for you. the information is as follows:
  The race will take place on the MLK park Bike Trail
Date: Saturday, October 15
Cost:
$5 with a valid Tech ID
$10 for community
Schedule of Events:
  • 8:00 am – 8:30am - Registration at trailhead
  • 8:45am – Racer’s Meeting
  • 9:00am - Race begins
The racers will be divided into three different groups according to skill:
  • The Beginner course will be approximately 8.5 miles
  • The Sport course will be approximately 15.5 miles
  • The Expert course will be approximately 21 miles
The course will be set on Friday April 8th. You are encouraged to ride the course before the race.

Hey everyone looking for something crazy to do? Try to play rugby. It may be one you've thought you might like, but dont really understand it. Well heres your chance to learn.
Here at Texas Tech the Rugby team strives to be the Finest Rugby Team in the Nation.  Their goal is to Learn, Teach, and Honor the Game of Rugby while Competing on a National Collegiate Level. 
Girls can get into the action to. The Rugby team is always looking for girls to go support them as Rugby Lil' Sis'.  So get out there and try something new!
